Holiday Programme Project Manager
Personal Description
This role is fast paced and varied and requires initiative, versatility and resilience to be successful. We are looking for candidates who are able to bring new ideas and challenge old ones, in order to drive growth within the business.
A key focus on stakeholder relationships will also be important as a successful candidate would continue to build a strong community following and forge positive relationships with schools, councils, NGBs, SSPs, community clubs and other potential partners.

Job Description
Budgets and Reporting
Report on and manage quarterly budgets
Produce and implement clear structure and strategy for camps
Ensure the profitability of the holiday programme is in line with KPIs
Growth
Identify and obtain new “Gold” standard venues
Produce marketing plan and distribution
Manage, form and maintain local partnerships
Customer Experience
Engage parents with Trust Pilot. Track feedback
R&D of marketing at venues
Operations
Identify seasonal recruitment needs and support the recruitment process
Manage staff timetable for the programme
Organise logistics of equipment
Co-ordinate with venues and local delivery partners
Qualifications and Education
Full UK driver licence
Level 5 award in Operations Manager (Desirable)
Level 3 PESSPA qualification (Desirable)
Safeguarding certificate
Clear DBS
