How are you both Physical Development and Premier Education?

Physical Development is one of several locally operating franchises who fall under the umbrella of Premier Education. All of our branding and outward facing operation is referred to as Premier Education and even our staff would say they work for Premier Education. 
Being a part of Premier Education has many great advantages including Partnerships with top NGBs, excellent training and CPD opportunities and being influencer on a national scale.

What areas does Physical Development cover?

We operate across a large proportion of the South East including the areas surrounding:

What contract types do you offer?

We offer Full time, Part time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term, Apprenticeship, Traineeship and Casual contracts. This will depend on the roles being offered at the time.

I have little or no experience. Do you have opportunities for me?

We offer fantastic Apprenticeships and Traineeships for those looking to get started in the industry or looking to make a step up in the career ladder. We work alongside Educationwise who provide all of our Apprenticeships and Traineeships.

What qualifications are required?

If you are applying for a delivery role we require the following:

  • Level 3 or above Sports Coaching Qualification / degree

  • Level 2 LIPA or Multi Sports

  • First Aid certificate 

  • Ability to obtain a satisfactory enhanced DBS certificate

  • Prevent & Safeguard certificates 

Any gaps can be discussed during the application process. We do offer a full range of training and CPD options.

Do I need to provide my own DBS check?

No. If you have a previous DBS certificate that is helpful but we will fully fund our own check upon successful completion of the application process.

What does the application process look like?

  1. After submitting your interest we will send through a job description and personal specification along with an application form.

  2. We will review the application and if successful we will invite you to a face to face interview 

  3. We will request two professional references prior to the interview 

  4. If successful at face to face interview we will invite you to a practical interview (delivery roles only)

  5. If successful we will make a formal job offer informing you of your start date
